The letter a indicates a statistically significant difference compared with the fasting value, according to the Wilcoxon t-test (p < 0.05). The letter b indicates statistically a significant difference compared with the value at 30 min, according to the Wilcoxon U test (p < 0.05). *A significant difference was also found between the men and the women, according to the Mann-Whitney U test (P < 0.05).
